Fall Hiking Series Returns

The Fall Hiking Series Returns - The Shuswap Trail Alliance, partnering together with Shuswap Hospice Society and Active Salmon Arm, are pleased to present fully guided Fall Hikes.  Join us in the outdoors for some enjoyable friendly hiking.

This year's hikes: 

  1. Saturday Sept. 15: Joss Mountain. Lead: Chris Stone. Ability Level: Difficult - for EXPERIENCED hikers.  Time: 9 hours  (7 hrs hike & lunch, 2 hrs TRAVEL)
  2. Saturday Sept. 22: Adams River Gorge Trail. Lead: Celia Nord. Ability Level: Moderate. Time: 3 hours
  3. Saturday Sept. 29: Hyde Mtn. Look-out. Lead: Lori Schneider-Wood. Ability Level:  Moderate (43 switches to start) 14 kms. Time: 6 hours (9 am – 3 ish)
  4. Saturday, Oct. 13: Eagle River Nature Trails. Lead: Lori Schneider-Wood Ability Level: Easy. Time: 3 hours

PRE-REGISTER by calling the Shuswap Hospice Society at 250-832-7099. COST of each hike is $10 per individual or $25 per family.  All proceeds go to support Shuswap Hospice Society and cover the cost of insurance. Check Trail Descriptions: www.shuswaptrails.com ***** SORRY, NO DOGS ALLOWED*****
